What personal data this site collects, why, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted.

Last updated: 8 September 2026

1 The short version

chicken-road-app-money.net has no accounts, no newsletter and no advertising network. The only personal data that reaches us is what you type into an email, plus the technical records any web server keeps. That is the whole of it, and the sections below simply set it out properly.

2 Where the data physically sits

On our host's servers and, for delivery speed, in a content network cache. Both operate under contract and neither may use reader data for its own purposes.

3 What is collected automatically

Our host writes standard access logs: IP address, timestamp, the file requested and the browser string. They exist to keep the site up and to spot abuse, they rotate on a short cycle, and they are never joined to anything else.

4 What you send us

If you write to us, we hold your address and your message for as long as the matter is open plus a short period afterwards. We reply to the address you wrote from and nothing else. You are not added to a list, because no list exists.

Because this guide is about paid play through the app, the numbers matter more than the screenshots. Every figure is dated, and the responsible-play material is not hidden at the bottom of a page.

5 Who else processes data

A hosting provider, a content delivery network and an email provider — each under contract, each acting on our instructions, none permitted to use reader data for its own purposes.

6 Your rights

You may ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and you may complain to your national data protection authority. Requests are answered inside the statutory period, usually within two business days.

7 Security

HTTPS everywhere, multi-factor authentication on administrative access, and a patched stack. We store no passwords and no payment details, which keeps the consequences of any incident small.

8 Requests we may refuse

We will not delete correspondence documenting an open complaint, and we cannot action a request for data held by an operator. Any refusal is explained in writing.

Read it alongside the guide itself; neither is complete without the other.
